The survey is carried out nationwide for university libraries and libraries of the universities of applied sciences as well as for public libraries. It is coordinated by the National Library.

Global Market Information Database (GMID) on trial at University of Vaasa until 8.4.2010

GMID is a vast resource of business intelligence on industries, countries and consumers. It supports a wide range of courses, including international business and marketing, economics, social sciences, humanities, international relations, travel and tourism, hospitality management and food marketing. Information can also be searched in the following areas: Country and regional profiles, country statistics, company profiles, market shares and brand shares, detailed income, expenditure and lifestyle statistics.

205 countries are researched, both developed and emerging markets. All data is comparable across countries.

Teacher: Order tailored short courses according to your own needs and wishes

EduTech offers on-demand education in the use of ICT in teaching and learning for staff at University of Vaasa, Vamk University of Applied Sciences, Åbo Akademi University, Novia University of Applied Sciences and Hanken School of Economics.
