
Tritonia’s collections include a variety of e-books and printed books on the teaching and research fields of the University of Vaasa, VAMK and Novia. The collection contains nearly one million e-books and about 100,000 printed books.
The e-resources are university-specific. The e-books acquired by the library are available on devices in your university’s network and remotely by logging in to your university’s Tritonia Finna search service. In Tritonia Finna, you can also see the collection and shelf location of printed books.

Textbooks
Textbooks are included in the current curricula of the degree programmes of the University of Vaasa, VAMK and Novia. You can search for and access e-textbooks in your university’s Tritonia Finna search service. Printed textbooks are located on the first floor of Tritonia.
Subject and research literature
Our subject and research literature collections contain material on the teaching and research fields of the University of Vaasa, VAMK and Novia. They are mainly e-books and available in your university’s Tritonia Finna.
The most recent and borrowed printed subject and research literature is located on the first floor of the library. Older books are in remote stacks, from where you can request them in Tritonia Finna.
Special collections
Tritonia has several valuable special collections that the library has received, especially as donations. The collections are located in closed stacks, and only some of the material is catalogued in Tritonia Finna.
